I am trying to load the sweet date theme to my wordpress.org site but it does not work. It gives me a bunch of error messages. I have watched your video on how to upload a new theme. It does not work. The maximum size you can upload is 7 megabits and your file is bigger than that. Please advice on how to do this. I have spend hours on this already today. Your product is not very friendly. Hopefully your service will get better so I don’t have to cancel. Please advice and thanks for the help. JJ

Hello, ok so the error about the theme size being larger than the server allowed size should be resolved by contacting your hosting provide and asking to increase max upload size to 20M or something.

Hello?

It is not an internet problem. The size of the file is limited at wordpress.org not on the internet speed.

I get all of these messages when I do exactly what your online video shows:

I figured out the above but I am still have problems with the slider.

How do I get it to work properly? You can go to my site: http://www.UtahLoveFinder.com and you will see the image of the girl in frame 3 is white with no photo. Please advice on how to fix this.

wow. you can’t add the theme on wordpress.org since is our property 🙂

you can use the theme on your hosting

Edit the slider from admin Revolution slider and change the image source since we can’t include the original image in the package for copyright reasons.

How do I change the words on the logo too?

Your logo looks good but I want to change the words if possible. I saw another site that has your logo and they had changed the words but it is still your logo.

Logo also can be changed from Sweetdate theme options by uploading a new logo

I don’t understand? I know I can upload a new logo. I want to change the wording for the existing logo. What page do I change the wording on?

I do not see in on wp admin – Sweetdate – Buddypress (I do see the text to change for the front page but not the logo).

I have found another site using your template and they used your exact logo but changed the words. Where do I change the “Sweet Date 4u” and “Dating Theme For Lovers”.

Logo – As I told you above, it is an image and it can be replaced from WP admin – Sweetdate – General settings. Use a program like Photoshop to generate a logo at 294×108 pixels recommended size

Please pay attention to what I am saying and read carefully. See my screenshot too http://7thqueen.com/public-files/gabi/2016-01-14-12q58.png

This is the same question as the logo question. Is just an image logo.

If you want to change some theme strings please use a plugin for translation like Loco Translate and it will allow you to change theme strings.

Please try to read the documentation and also WordPress basic tutorials to learn more about how wordpress works.

I am in WP Admin in Settings but do not see how to activate it? Where is it located at? There is 10 options under settings. I have clicked on all of them but do not see how to active the registration.

Sorry I can’t find it.

There is the Membership option where you check “Anyone can register”

Please read my instructions. .. maybe you are looking somewhere else. I said Settings page from Wp admin not theme options or anything
