your theme has a massive spam and bot problem unlike any other themes ive bought? please fix

goodafternoon. thanks for the update. so ive updated it on a staging site before doing this on my live site and the logo disappeared on the dashboard. is this normal? because in the customize settings under appearance its still there. i hope the update didnt remove the option for the logo on the dashboard. 2 can you please show me how to disable the normal wp registration so that from your custom registration that they are signed up to will be directly set up with paid membership pro that we have set for the 4 membership types. the normal way leaving has been causing MASSIVE spam and dummy users. the people who sign up since you have the pm pro plugin should have to signup thru there by entering the info in the custom registration page that you have on the buddy press app.. can you please fix this ..

this doesent happen to sweet date but kleo and buddyapp has MASSIVE spam and bots issue nomatter what subdomain or domain i use it for. i know your gonna say something like use wang guard but your theme is supposed to be clean and add free.. wang guard doesent work..

can we just separate or disable the registration. so that the only thing used to register for the site is paid members pro. please help me this is totally out of hand. its not normal. there is something in your script doing this.

 WP-SpamShield has blocked 260,243 spam.

 Average spam blocked daily: 2,798 NOT NORMAL.. even if i stage it .. it happens asap, why?

Hi,
The theme update shouldn’t cause that, if the logo disappears re-upload it, a possible cause can be switching from parent to child or vice versa.

For the spam that you receive, you can use a captcha protection with this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-recaptcha-bp/

An additional security plugin is : https://wordpress.org/plugins/better-wp-security/ and also https://wordpress.org/plugins/wangguard/ but consult their plugins documentation for configuring.
