it doesn’t work for me, from my phone, or from my desktop. Any reason why that would be?

It’s not a browser issue, it doesn’t work in samsung android, chrome desktop or firefox desktop. I doubt its my provider as well? Do you have the original link that you guys send out with your theme? THat video worked, it’s weird that it does not now work.
