The change is because I do not know how to prevent the other admin login from showing up as a blank avatar on the home screen. Seeing that blank avatar on Open Sesame is confusing clients. So I am giving you access to a live account that I manage for a client. Only you and I can login to this account.

Hi Laura – Helpful to hear. On a different page that has no columns or code at all, is it happening for the same reason that you can see here please?

You may find it helpful to hear this – Running the search function results in the page formatting correctly, except for one of the search parameters – Expatriate Advisors.

If you tell me the reason is the same for why these two different pages are not formatting correctly then I will try to fix one or both the way you advise above.

But I confess that I will be confused how to fix a page that has no code.

Hi Laura, yes – I have tried deactivating some plugins to see if it will repair the format issue.
