Hi Radu,
Thanks for the update. Increased the memory to 2GB. Installed and activated the https://wordpress.org/plugins/activate-users-in-buddypress/ plugin you recommended.
Still the form search returns no results. Any further thoughts to fix this issue?
Regards

So far even after your stated 48 hours for replying, you haven’t provided an answer or a solution pertaining to the problem which i raised.
I am about to raise the flag for a refund with Envato as well as complain. As your theme doesn’t promise what it intends to build a large social networking platform.
Thanks for your efforts. I will face it legally with my promoter.
Cheers.
aroganzParticipantHi Radu,
Any update on the issue pertaining?
Just let me know the status whether you people working or give me alternate solution…
aroganzParticipantHi Radu
Can you let me know whether the SFTP details which i sent working for you?
Are you working on fixing the form or does it require any further assistance from our side to resolve this issue?Kindly update me, as back and forth getting replies from your support taking way too long. I do understand initially i took time to explain the issue from my side as well as discussing the issue with my server guy. Nevertheless i do expect you to give you solid solution, else i should raise an issue with my client as well as to envato that this theme cannot full-fill on what it promised.

Amarnath J.aroganzParticipantHi Radu,
The server admin has replied with the following:
“Both SERVER_PORT and SERVER_NAME variables are *always* available within PHP. Both are globals variables too. Reference: http://shag.me/info.php . It is the responsibility of the theme or the plugin to make use of such variables within the theme or the plugin. There is nothing extra to do on the server side to enable (or to hide) them. To put it otherwise, there is no way to disable these variables from the server side. ”
Please find below the FTP credentials for the site:

Amarnath JaganathanaroganzParticipantHi Radu,
Thanks for your reply and help.
1. To checkout the form functionality, i have created a test account for you with full administrator controls. Please find the credentials below.
Dashboard Login URL: http://shag.me/matt/
Username: hosting
Password: kmcson2. I tried deactivating child theme and disabled all the plugins except for buddypress, still the profiles under Popular tab are not showing. The define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true ); is already in place. I have attached the debug.log file as you requested.
Kindly do the needful, if you need, i can also share you the server root access.
Thanks once again for your help
Regards
