Yesterday I changed my theme from Kleo to BuddyBoss because Kleo has been buggier than any theme I’ve ever used.

Further, I was VERY disappointed in how ticket #177074 was handled. You told me to wait for an update even though there is a major issue with the theme footer. You didn’t bother to even look at my theme, still have not given me an answer about the particular function in question and it took over 5 days on this issue – still with no resolution.

There have been other issues as well – such as the dropdown menu showing buttons that are the theme presets as well as the custom color I put in via the CSS code given to me by 7th Queen.

I’d like my money back for this theme. I’m aware of the Themeforest refund policy. Kindly let me know if 7th Queen intends to approve the refund.

Finally, you’ll notice that I set this reply to private. I did so as a courtesy to 7th Queen.

However, the hover color isn’t working and the text went dark purple instead of staying white?

I put the code in at Appearance> Customize> Additional CSS. Also, I added a bracket after the code snippet because the theme prompted me that my brackets were unbalanced – so I added a closing bracket.

Thanks for the quick reply. It didn’t work. I cleared my cache twice and reloaded browser but the buttons are still red.

Here’s the code I copied from support reply and I added the #values:

.vc_btn3.vc_btn3-color-juicy-pink, .vc_btn3.vc_btn3-color-juicy-pink.vc_btn3-style-flat:hover {color: #5c3669;background-color: #6c4a78;}

Please advise.
