Participantyikes, yeah that seems very complicated to me, I will try some time down the road. Thanks

ParticipantI am sorry, I have complex PTSD, I am sorry for my outburst. Just please understand my situation, I dont have money for a developer, I could barely afford to pay for the next six months support and had to borrow money.
If you could please just help with this last thing, I would greatly appreciate it. Also please understand not everything I ask now is custom. Like the other question on here.
Thanks

ParticipantThis is not a custom request. This is a feature to be able to add content to the title area that is malfunctioning by appearing where it should not.

ParticipantIm sorry, but I am just very aggravated. I dont like being yelled at to fix a problem that happened because i used one of your features which is to change the color of the theme. If you can tell me that those labels looked good the way they were then I dont know what else to say.
I dont have a lot of money but still wanted just a couple things to be just functional and to look good, and I need your help. If I cant simply ask you without getting scolded, especially when its something that was not taken into consideration by yourselves like the labeling pop up on the product categories, then I dont think I should be paying for the next six months of your support service, do you?
I dont need much anymore, just help with a few things and then its done. I think this is like the last ticket of mine even on here

ParticipantPerhaps I am not wording these subjects correctly in the hopes of being nice?
Issue with the theme pop out for products.
The image is huge in the preview and does not allow for much breathing room for the content. This is an issue I have with the design, just like the woocomerse label issue I just got yelled at for asking to fix.
I just renewed the support like a month ago and am still processing the last response i had to give after being yelled at for asking to fix somethingβ¦..

ParticipantThis was a work around to one of your own features. The theme alows to change colors, except for this area? So, perhaps you shouldnt offer the color to change?
Regardless thanks for the fix
cfresque
ParticipantAlso i know this is a cutom request, but if you could please help me with this one it would be greatly appreciated!
I find that the image of the release is way too big and it does not leave much room for the rest of the info. Having a blank canvas so to speak would offer more options to customize myself.
cfresque
ParticipantAs this is not a feature o the theme I will resolve this as well.
Perhaps in a future update?
Would be nice for all the features to work the same
Posibility for page navigation as well!
Thanks
cfresque
ParticipantI guess I will just not use this. Because even the first fix seems to mess up the other icons.
Thanks for the help regardless! I thought this was part of the theme. My apologies!
cfresque
ParticipantAhhhh, how about this? How about just a custom css that will remove the info bar all together?
That would be easy and I prefer the clean look anyway and also the gif covers I have say what the title is.

ParticipantDoes this theme allow for there to be an image, logo, advertisement, in the info bar area?
If so does that not fall into place with a bug? That an image placed in this area ends up withing another section of the website?
cfresque
ParticipantI will drop this one, since is is more of a custom request, rather than anything wrong with the functioning of the site.
cfresque
ParticipantI know this seems like a custom design request, but, I just want it to look nice, not just with the white theme colors.
Now that i am going with the dark theme, this so far seems to be the only hickup. I kinds wish the info just popped up when hovering over the image to be honest,

ParticipantHi, it made the automatically assigned gravitars the right size for the user images to be all the same size. But unfortunately it has made all the other ones huge.
Almost! Perhaps if it was specified for the gravitars just like the code you just gave before this?
βimg.avatar.user-2-avatar {
width: 150px !important;
height: 150px !important;
}βThanks!

ParticipantOk not a problem. I understand and you guys have been very generous thus far.
I dont really know the limit where custom meets simple tweak so have to ask, no?
cfresque
ParticipantSorry, 10px gap between the container, not the popup background, those would be only to the length of the image.
cfresque
ParticipantEither that or at least have the info bar only be the size of the image? See how here they are attached? If possible i would like the effect to only be the size of the image on the sides.
Also, is there a separate way to change the lettering color there? I think because I have the site in a βdarkβ mode I might need a special css to change the title back to dark. Otherwise I wont be able to see the other texts to fix the categories here.

ParticipantHey, so space in between the products vertically. See in the first image I sent how the boxes are connected in between eachother?
No big deal if you are busy, I dont want to get you guys frustrated
Soon when I have everything set up the way I want it finally it will be calmer from me. Thanks for your patience.

ParticipantWe can touch base with this later then, I am just trying to make sure everything is working effectively. I just want to be able to read the tittle no matter what in one of your features.
I get I ask for a lot of tweeks, but a lot are practical ones. Just like the cover images and info over the images and being able to read the white lettering. If the site is to function well it should be readable both on white and black backgrounds. Otherwise the lettering and info should not be over images, no?
Leave this open and we can come back later on. no rush

Participanthaha I think I need it for the generated images as well please.

ParticipantI am putting a image in the title area, that works fine. But, for some reason when the user does not have an image in thier cover image the title area image gets duplicated there.
It should stay blank. The title image should not be inhabiting another area. See how there is a small image in the title section and a blown up version in the cover image? I didnt put the cover there.
This also seems to load even when there is an image in the cover area because I see it flash before the cover image loads.

ParticipantAmazing!
thanks.
btw, in the future, being able to see an image of the post for alerts or content would be fantastic in the future if at all possible.
cfresque
Participantactually, I may have been mistaken, your theme demo does seem to have the same sizing, if you know an easy fix to make them 4Γ4 that would be great, if not, no big deal
cfresque
ParticipantWell, I fixed it with a plugin, so I suppose it is cool for now, just trying to make my site not have as many pkugins. If it does not work itself out over time I will create a ticket later, for now it is solved.
Thanks
cfresque
Participantnope, didnt quite work, to be honest the revolution slider one is the biggest, they said to contact you because they wouldnt tell me cause I dont have an account. But in the end its not a huge deal, only minor inconvenience. I dont want to eat up all of your time.

ParticipantHey, could it not be a css like the others, with the shadow?
This is what I have now for the other white text on areas
.group-admins.col-sm-12 h3 {
text-shadow: 1px 1px grey;
}Thanks for the help. is it easier for me to have that element on the site for you to see?

Participantohhhhhhhhh ok duh, sorry about that.
Thanks

ParticipantHey, just for notes βsection containerβ 1st one, dont think is needed, because everything is all the same color, that just makes it all black for the elements of the site.
Second one the same, it was cool when it had the same color as the theme change.
and the last just this was perfect, set to transparent, because I dont really want a box unless it could have a 10px space in between them like on my home page?
.woocommerce ul.products li.product, .woocommerce-page ul.products li.product {
background: transparent !important;
}Thanks
cfresque
ParticipantSorry, I do not know where to enter a feature request, could you give me a link please? Thanks.
