I found the issue, it was a plugin called Advanced Post Types Order.

Also, the comment replies post properly in here too, starting from the intial post and then going down by date posted. How do I do that?

I have the theme installed on a spanish domain. It displays properly. I can even show you the code that is different. If you look at the pics, you can see there is this css on the one pic, but not the other:

that is weird that the theme options are displaying that way for you.

I checked on multiple browsers and mine show like this.

You can even see the address in the bar.

I find the problem. It needs “html class=” kleo-desktop js” at the beginning. See attached image.

I do not know how to fix it.

All plugins are updated and I still had the same problem with all plugins disabled.
