I deactivated then reactivated Yoast SEO… and the backend started to work again.

Hello sharmstr… thanks for writing back.

I was traveling with no access to internet for a few days.

I checked WP Admin Appearance/menu… it was NOT enabled on that menu.

What I found out is that CoursePress added the items on the menu, as when I de-activated the plugin, the items disappeared off the menu. I’ll have to find out how to re-activate it to work on the courses without items showing up on the menu.

If you know how to do that, I would appreciate an idea.

    Thanks again,

I have no clue what you are talking about. You are speaking way above my head.
How do I check if it’s turned on? In the menu setting, it’s not “on”. What else can I do?

I knew how to deal with FTP with my old website builder, but not with WP.

“Auto add pages” has never been turned on though.

    Where do I find “wp/config.php”?

    Thanks again.

Wow… you opened something new. How do I export them? (I used to do it when I used Xsite Pro… but WP is different.
    Thanks.

Thanks again for your quick reply.

My daughter found another picture on my site where the link was not functioning. When I checked the picture, it was still tied to the temporary working site. That gave me a clue.

I removed the pictures in the blog posts (fortunately I only had 7 blogs), and re-installed them. The carousel is now showing the pictures.

    Thanks for replying.

Get featured image is on… I did not change anything, as far as I know.

My website became live… The hosting company gave me a new link to work on my website (I had a temporary one)… I wrote a new post…

When I checked my website, the pictures were gone and I have tried different combinations; they are not back yet.

Website is danielleduperret.com… scroll down to the post section… there was a picture for every post. I don’t like the “Featured Picture” as it is too big on the page and does not look good.
