I checked the CSS codes on quick CSS, but you just switched orange(#ef6b31) for blue(#425362).
This is not what I want.
Active stays orange other stay blue.
There is no CSS codes for this on quick CSS.

I checked sidebar color, it is still orange all.
Even our staffs see all orange color. But you see the bark blue and orange.
How can I fix?

for next page, Regulatory’s navigation is all orange.
