ParticipantYeah that’s going beyond my knowledge i’m afraid so if you could login and do that for me that would be fantastic!
Also once you have made the change would i need to keep the plugin installed or could i then uninstall it without effecting the changes you have made?

ParticipantHi, thanks for the response this worked a treat. I found changing 100px to 100% works better across all devices.
Once again many thanks 🙂

ParticipantHi Laura, I’m not able to provide that information as i’m working on an offline site, would it be possible to upload some screenshots of where i placed the code?

ParticipantHi Laura, just an update on this! the issue was due to an out of date plugin.
Turns out the developer had abandoned it some time ago, i suppose that’s a reminder to everyone to frequently check the plugins they have installed, just because it says it’s updated doesn’t mean it’s now compatible with the latest release of wordpress.

ParticipantHi Laura,
I have tried what you suggested with no luck i’m afraid, however i am in the progress of migrating my website to a new hosting provider so i will follow up on this sometime next week. I hope this is okay.
