I have talked to GoDaddy and they said it the issue is most likely related to the settings in the info.php initiation file or that they need to be updated for the Kleo theme. I am using Managed Word Press hosting which may have different settings that are required for the info.php file or the info.ini file.

Have you tried to change the settings or ensured that the settings are correct for a Managed WordPress site?

Hello, I followed your instructions and I still have the same issue. I received the following in the error log.

I do not have the plugin “Paid Membership Pro”

The errors above appeared immediately before I tried to load more images via the image carousel to a page. No additional errors appeared after I tried to use the image carousel. But still was not able to load more than 2 images.

Hi Laura, I am still having no success. The basic WP theme does not have an image carousel, as that came with my purchase from your company and the Kleo theme. I deactivated plugins and still have the same issue. Please help as this has been almost a week with no solution.

I have been trying to create an image carousel and add multiple images. I can only add 2 images and when I try to add more the Add Images Button grays out and does not allow any additional images to be added. I have tried multiple images of various sizes and have had no luck.
