Hi again.
Now we have the video in a correct height and width. First step completed! 🙂
But still having an issue with the size of the column which contains the video. When I insert the code you provide me, I can see the video in a correct size, but there is a lot of blank space above it (actually, exactly the same space the video was shown before insert the code)
I attached you two screen captures: 1) with the code inserted 2) without the code inserted.Could it to be something related with the padding?
Something about the container?Attachments:

How could de do this, then?(I suggest Seventhqueen yo ask this question in the first contact support form, don’t you think?)
Thanks!
jaimon82ParticipantHi Laura.
Didn’t know that. Good to know.
Anyway, the problem for me persist. The thing is, when I insert the youtube link it takes a huge size and I can’t customize the width and height.
What I’ve got now in my post is this code (and I attached you a screenshot of what I get)
[embed width="200" height="50"]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pllRW9wETzw[/embed]
How can I customize the width and height?

Unfortunately your code works in other pages, but not where I need it…I’ll try to upload the web on an visitable site for you.
I’ll contact you again when I do this, ok?Thanks for your help.
jaimon82ParticipantHi again Laura.
This is the answer from the Toolset plugin support.
“Our plugin uses the .container class to determine the full width of a div. In your theme the .container class has a fixed width of 1280px. Normally this would be set to 100% in bootstrap. Since this is the case of your theme then it wouldn’t be possible to do this unless the container has a 100% width.”
Any suggestions?
Can you help me with this? Thanks!
jaimon82ParticipantYes, sure.
I’m asking also to the author of the plugin. Here you have the link.
https://toolset.com/It’s supposed to work fine with WP Bakery.
Thanks for your help, as always.
🙂jaimon82ParticipantOh… So sorry Laura.
Yes it helps…
I was getting mad searching inside Kleo.
And it’s not a Kleo thing…O_o
Thanks a lot.
jaimon82ParticipantOk. Don’t worry.
I thought it could be easier just clicking an option like “same width” or something like this. I’ll try CSS by my own. Thanks Laura!
jaimon82ParticipantHi again Radu.
I’ve deactivated all plugins and activated again and now it seems to work.
I’ve try to find out if there were any incompatibility but I didn’t reach to know if any other plugin was the problem.
Anyway, it seems to be solved by now.If I found any other problem I’ll write you down again.
In case you read this and I didn’t write you, you can mark this post as solved. Thanks a lot Radu.
🙂jaimon82ParticipantHi Radu, thanks for your answer.
I know how to update plugins and themes. Anyway, thanks for the help.I’ve updated everything and the problem continues.
The thing is when I try to edit any Slider, everything is locked. Actually, is more like any button works. I can click the buttons but nothing happens. I can’t edit anything.
🙁By the way, the RevSlider version you provides in ThemeForest is not updated!
I downloaded “all files and documentation” and the RevSlider version you provides is 5.2.5.4
The last version of RevSlider is 5.2.6
I’ve try with both versions but it doesn’t work with any of them. What should I do?
Thanks Radu. -
