For whatever reason, the theme doesn’t install properly on my windows server. It seems to be a windows server specific problem.

Yeah, it happens on all servers apart from Apache – it may not be Kleo’s fault exclusively or at all but when you sell a product you must inform your customers of this situation because otherwise your product is not as described.
