The paid membership does not show the different membership tables. How do I fix this issue?

I have tried adding the ad unit through the “ad manager” plugin but, it does not work the way I would like it to.

Is it possible to add the ad unit through editor without messing up the theme?

I would like for the 728×90 ad unit to appear under the menu on the homepage.

And on any other page I would like for the 728×90 ad unit to appear underneath the title of the category, tag or post.

Update. I was able to fix the issue.

However, is it possible for users to choose what type of member they would like to be in the registration page?

Thanks Laura your suggestions worked!

But, I have ran into the following issue. After I create a new page there is a huge gap or space before anything appears.

For example, if you visit the following page: http://dev.projectcasting.com/casting-call-board/

In addition, adsense ad units do not display when I try to ad them to the page. They will display momentarily and then disappear after I try to refresh the page.
