Work, but the test results are better with this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-user-avatar/
Improve PageSpeed Insights and Gtmetrix results by almost 20 points!!
But one problem – not displaying avatar at the top of the site (my Profile) – see attach.

Are you not planning replace default gravatar with local? I do not know how real is the increase in speed, but the test scores look significantly better.

Testing on PageSpeed Insights and Pingdom show some problems associated with gravatar:
– Image compression
– Remove query strings from static resources
– Leverage browser caching

Hard to understand, how much it affects the real speed.

Gravatar replacement with local images something improve? It offes some plug-ins –

Hello,
How do I set a different logo for the front page page? Just as on your demo site – on homepage is white logo, everywhere else – black.
