I’m using windows 8. Irrespective of it working on multiple installs I can hardly see why this would be an issue from my side. I am using the basic windows 8 OS and have tried this on 3 browsers. It doesn’t work using Chrome or Firefox but does work when using IE10.

Ok, and I guess you can’t tell me how to get them to display?

Using the following on a page work:
[kleo_articles post_types=”kleo-testimonials” post_formats=”all”]

However, it does not seem to output the user’s name, country, etc. even though the author description field is filled in.

I’m testing on a desktop (PC) in both Chrome and Firefox and this isn’t working for me. It isn’t even working on your demo so it isn’t just my site.
