We found the problem… it was a plugin called “Page Builder” (by SiteOrigin)

We’ll try disabling plugins (we’ve already disabled a few)
Feel free to look at the website before we get done.

If disabling the plugins helps us find out the solution, we’ll let you know which one was the culprit so others can benefit. But, if nothing solves it, i’ll privately message you the info you mentioned.
