Hi I have checked what I want to do here, can you help me with the precise css, if I didn’t want to use fontello and I wanted to use PNG as one guy above as backgrounds but I want the background to change on rollover, want css or code would I have to change please can you send me an example.
Secondly – I have set validation on the profile, if the rules are not met there is a big horrid red/pink box that almost cover by cover photo, how do I change this css to a something smaller, less in your face and potentially change the position to the profile tab rather than covering the cover photo of the profile please?

however I still can’t get the buddypress toolbar colours to change, where are they stored please?
secondly the fontello icons are open pixelated how can I reduce the size please?
also is it possible to use other well known icon sets too please? if so how?

I would like to:
– change the fontello icons in the buddypress profile bar
– change the colour in v3.01can you add this option to the theme options becauses its messy hunting around for css and json files
can you give exact paths please so I know which files to edit,
how can I retain the edits on theme update please?

Ok so, great so what is the actual profile detail page called in buddy press?
ie. the one 1 user can message another in.
I may have more questions on this later.

NeilI am sorry but this is not clear.
So lets say I want to use the default kleo/buddypress Register page. I call it Profile and I assign it in the buddypress settings for profile as the register page.
I create a blank page called Profile and assign it as I said.
http://www.pompdating.com/profile does not take me to a magical register page does it??
