Iit’s all good now. I just left it how I originally had it and fixed the video display and responsiveness on post pages by following these instructions: http://alxmedia.se/code/2013/10/make-wordpress-default-video-embeds-responsive/
That makes the blog page look a lot worse. So I have to decide which page I want to look good or try and work out how to show featured image on blog page instead of video for video post.

Which VC shortcode could I use and how do I do it?
I don’t think I will worry as I have other other problems and I have found even more problems.
KLEO looks great and has some elements I really would like but it’s very slow and is causing problems with server. After a long day I think I should use a very basic theme that is fast and simple.
