I have reinstalled both themes, the problem is still occurring .I am considering reinstalling wordpress altogether to start a fresh if I can fix this.

I have updated all files, none of files have been changed in the child theme.
I have also updated all the main theme files to see if there was problem there.

Still having no luck.

I don’t really no what to do?

Its as if its all gone into one column,

If you switch to the normal theme, its looks fines.

Hi there,

Thanks for your email, yes I am referring to the menu item My Account.
But I don’t seem to be able to get the pop up facebook or login in form.
