Hi,
I have no idea how to create a new topic or how to contact a support member directly, so I apologize for responding here.
I have several issues:
1. I got a new domain and I would like to use the theme on that domain instead of my old one (my old domain simply redirects to my new one and the theme is already disabled on that domain).
2. My buddypress pages are not properly functioning (i.e. the register and activation page goes to the home page) and I am not sure how a person would be able to cancel their account and how this links to paid membership pro.
3. My paralax is not responsive on an ipad or phone.
4. Woocommerce images are blurry.
In conclusion, because I have multiple issues, is there a way that I can pay for support to fix these issues and check the integrity of the site in general?
