Ok, it seems I’ve found the permalink settings, that duplicate the permalink structure of the KLEO demo. In case someone wants to know, here are the settings:

Go to WP Admin > Settings > Permalinks > Select “Custom Structure” > Copy/paste: /blog/%category%/%postname%/ into the Custom Structure’s text field > Save settings.

Now you should have the same permalink & breadcrumb structure, for your blog, as seen in the KLEO demo.
