THanks so much. Sorry one last question: do I need to put it between the /* and */ or can I literally just cut and paste in there and then clear my cache like you said? I’m still a starter at all this. Thanks!

Do I do that in the child theme or the original? I tried in the child and nothing seemed to happen.

Where would I do that? I’m not the most tech savvy so any step by step instructions would be much appreciated. I gather there’s not a simple button I can click inside the theme options?

It just happened again. Don’t know what it is. When I got to settings and click save in permalinks it fixes it, but it’s a pain to have to do that and to lose sales and for users not being able to take their courses when the site is essentially down.

And also, just FYI, I updated the theme today and that problem hasn’t seemed to come up at least yet. (see message above for admin credentials)

Hi Laura,

Thanks. Can you help me out with next steps? I can’t really deactivate plugins one by one until the next time the site shows 404 pages (which I’d like to prevent). Any cache plugins I should or shouldn’t have?
