Ok ok, i do not understand at all !
As you can see here : http://photographie.samueldumas.fr/info.php i got a 128m limit in php.
That doesn’t work. I get a new error now says “error http”, but in the debug.log, the same information

I have deleted VC plugin, problem is the same with kleo theme active, and again, with wp theme, all is ok,
I made the update of wordpress before testing again.

where i can find the error log ?

Oh oh … the problem seems to come from visual composer plugin, when it’s deactivated, upload of my images is ok !
Any idea about this ?

I suppose the translation is an error occurred in the upload. please try again later.

What i tried :
I tried to change size, dpi, type of my images, that doesn’t work.
I tried to increase upload max file size in php.ini, still a fail.
I tried to desactivate all plugins, and change to the initial theme of wordpress.
