Found the problem, it has to do with a plugin named theme my login,

I deactivated the plugin and it works, but existing free membership level is still not showing,

at last I need to create new membership level just to make it shows,

Here I have attached the screenshot,

Hi, Radu,

after using debug I get this error for

[27-Oct-2016 05:07:01 UTC] PHP Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /home/investormuda/public_html/site/wp-content/plugins/revslider/includes/page-template.class.php on line 115

I also found some more error with membership levels, it does not show users to choose membership after registration, it showns as blank page after clicking links from email,
