The Child Theme was a problem.

When saved from the Prent Theme, the settings got saved!!!

Followed the WP_DEBUG mode also and the Plugins Deactive mode.
None working. Setting Saved Meesage comes but the setting are the default only and no customizato gets saved 🙁
