    Hi,

I just noticed after the new 2.0.1 update that the “All Members” counter/button on the members directory page is only displaying the number 1 on the counter. I have 3 members and all the profile fields are filled in. We have yet to go live, but plan on doing so tomorrow so I’d really like to get this solved by today if possible.

    Any ideas?

Thanks for your help and excellent support,
    Nicholaus

    Hi,
We haven’t modified anything to affect that. Make sure that those members have logged in at least once so they appear in the site.

Hmm weird, they’ve all logged in today and it still says just 1 member. I’ve also cleared the cache and still nothing happens.

    Any other ideas?

    Thank you,
    Nicholaus

Helle @nicholaus1221 I had the same problem yesterday, is your site in english or do you have translated it ? The problem generally appears when you translate it, the gender string is changed and it disturbs the member count system

If you are talking about the count on the homepage for online members then follow this topic: https://archived.seventhqueen.com/forums/topic/big-bug-with-manwoman-number-and-search

    Hi squadmin and @luckpo,

I was referring to the members directory on the members page, not the homepage, and I checked the link just in case and it wasn’t the issue I’m having. And ya my site is in english and I have the sex field set to “I am a”. I did try a maps add on that grabs profile fields to create a member map that was a localization add based on where the member was located which may have disturbed the member count system as the test user we created was from paris, france.

How should I reset the gender string if that’s the issue? Are there any other possible reasons?

    Thank you for your help,
    Nicholaus

Something interesting just happened, I deleted the test user from Paris, France and went to the members page to find the “All Members” counter had corrected itself and displayed the correct amount of members on the site…

I don’t know if it was because it was an international city and country or what, but it seems to be fixed.

    Very strange,
    Thanks,
    Nicholaus
