"Are you sure you want to do this" message

The message “Are you sure you want to do this” shown when I create a group after the Next Step of Cover Image.
I found this similar posting:

But I don’t know how to solve from the solution.

The error message did not show when I invite to a friend.

Please suggest possible solutions. Thank you^

All plugins are investigated.
I leaved some essential plugins (bbPress, BuddyPress, Contact Form 7, Paid Memberships Pro, rtMedia for WordPress, BuddyPress and bbPress, Slider Revolution, WooCommerce, WordPress Importer), and the error still occurred.
