Buttons not clickable with video background

Hello,

I have a the demo video background active and any element I place in that container seems to be unclickable. Whatever I try with z-index, I can’t get it to work.

Trying to click the button on the homepage: rwmediaservices.nl doesn’t work.

Try to select the text… Doesn’t work either.

Please help finding a solution.
