Cannot install Visual Composer after Kleo update

Hi,
I am not able to install Visual Composer after Kleo 3.9 update. I only get this error:

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare vc_shortcode_custom_css_class() (previously declared in /var/www/vhosts/openeyesclothing.com/httpdocs/files/plugins/k-elements/functions/functions.php:206) in /var/www/vhosts/siteaddress.com/httpdocs/files/plugins/js_composer/include/helpers/helpers_factory.phpon line 351

I’ve tried to reinstall it using different versions of php, but nothing seems to work.
