Changing "Men and Women" to "Singles and Couples"

Hi. Love the theme and it’s options. Almost perfect for me. I am setting up a Community online – http://www.roomforlove.co.uk – and one of main changes I need to make is not having “Men” and “Women” but having “Singles” and “Couples” (also changing “I am” to “We are” info forms/member info areas).

Thanks. Done that. Now info appears correct in registration and Members. So I have:

We are / I am a Couple
Single Man
Single Woman

But I also want to show on home page (I’ll change the icons accordingly) :

Members Couples online Single Women online Single Men online

where currently we have:
Members in total Members online Women online Men online

How can this be done please. As mentioned before, it’s more a community meeting site than a dating site, so integral information. I’m open to suggestions 🙂
