Dissatisfied about the response time

Hello!

First I would like to mention the great theme and functionalities. I love this theme!

Unfortunately, the response time on the support forums is too late. In the sidebar is mentioned a response time within 48hours. Some of my topics (with actual bug reports) keeps uncommented.

It would be great if I can get any response on those threads, as we are ready to launch our website as soon as possible.

Hi, I have responded to your topics and one of them indeed got lost from our topics queue.
I looked over your existing topics and most of them were resolved.
We try to give our customers best support experience but things like that still happen sometimes.
