Drop-down button ‘+’ for sub-pages mobile view not showing

Hi,

Sorry to bring up an old question, but I have the issue of the drop-down button ‘+’ for sub-pages on my mobile view not showing.

I seem to have this issue on different mobile devices (different iPads and mobiles).. was there another solution than to just clear the cache on the device?
