Hard reload need on Facebook login – redirect to same page

Hi,

When someone login with facebook in Safari, it seems that the page would need a “hard reload”.
Could you please help me – how to and where to implement it?

I found this link, but need more help from you for the KLEO theme http://stackoverflow.com/questions/20828672/facebook-api-does-not-reload-after-login

I also found a support topic in this forum – https://archived.seventhqueen.com/forums/topic/facebook-log-in-works-but-does-not-refreshredirect , where you claim that there is no problem – maybe it´s just in Safari, but not in Google Chrome?

Anyway.

If you also could help me to redirect to same page instead of the homepage it would be good. I tried the MISC, but it doesn´t seem to work.

Hi,
I will just say that it doesn´t matter which browser I use – Customers have to “refresh” the page to be logged in. Also the redirect doesn´t send them to the right place.

Any advice?

I´m also sorry to say that 4 days is a very long time to wait for some kind of an answer.
So please try to answer this soon! Ok?

I’m sorry for the late reply but we’ve been extremely busy working on a big, major update for kleo theme which is set to be released in around one week.

This update should also address some improvements of the login redirects so I’ll kindly ask you to wait for this update.

I´m sorry to say that the update didn´t solve the problem for me.

Problem: When someone goes to http://ouryoga.se/skapa-ditt-event/ and login with Facebook – they do get redirected properly now – but they will not be logged into the site – unless they refresh the page – then they are logged in.

So I need your help to refresh the site for the user without them pushing F5 or in any other way refreshing the site themselves.

Now, I´m been waiting a long time for help with this one, so I hope you please could help me as soon as possible!

I found the solution and thats why it worked for you…

So the solution was to add ?action=login after the redirect link in MISC.

Sorry, but maybe for you it is an easy solution to understand – but for me as an ordinary person – it was hard and took me more than 2 weeks to understand.

I can also understand that you were under pressure with the new update of KLEO, but this one – I say maybe – you should have been able to help me with even before.

But I do not say nothing – I was not the one who understood the problem before either.
