I no longer have access to theme options

After installing child theme I no longer have access to theme options. It disappears from my tabs and when I try to access via “Kleo Welcome” it says I don’t have permissions to access that page.

I’m having the same problem they’re having toward the end of that thread. There was no resolution for that on that page.

I am having the same problem. No theme options on the left nav bar in admin. /wp-admin/admin.php?page=kleo_options gives me an error of “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

After the update this issue isn’t a problem but now the frontend editor for visual composer doesn’t work. I just purchased this theme, is this normal for your theme to have this many issues?

Hello, this should be resolved with the new version, also please update the plugins visual composer included 🙂
This is just an isolated issue related to a bug

Visual Composer is still having same issue after update. The composer loader just hangs and keeps playing.

Hi,

For the missing theme options, you should update the theme to the latest version!

For the plugin problems ( Visual Composer ) you should delete it from wp-admin -> plugins and to install it again from wp-admin -> appearance -> install plugins.
