Issue with content overlap

I am having issue where the page content overlaps. In particular the menu and top portions of the body section of my page. Attached is an image showing the issue. It happens on every page, which makes it seem like I may have ticked off some portion of the global theme settings, but I can’t seem to resolve the issue. Any help would be appreciated.
