Issue with Kleo 3 and multisite 502 error

Hello,
I have upgraded to KLEO 3 on multisite;The theme is active but when I try to enter the theme option on the main site or on a subsite I am gettting a 502 page. request too long. However the 502 page is very quick to display..
I know it is a Kleo 3 theme pb because 1) I am using other theme and I can enter their theming options and 2) This was working fine in kleo 2.x.
Can you look into it pls.

Hello, just an update.
I have created a test site in single install with kleo 3. Just with Kleo 3,
And I have the same issue. error 502 when trying to reach the theme option page.

Are you using wpengine as host ?

OK, so it is not link with a specific host provider…

After done some inquiries with WPengine, it is not a cache issue as we looked into it with a server with no cache.

Please help me. I see only a kleo 3 issue right now.

With those steps I’m able to replicate the issue on the multisite and test site as well. I’ve done some extensive testing and research on this, and it’s definitely an issue with the theme. The “theme options” link at the top is unique to the theme itself, so there is something going on with the coding of the them and it’s settings menus that is causing a failure.
Unfortunately I don’t have a more specific error since the theme is not reporting anything specific. You will need to check with the theme developer on this and have them investigate.
