Kleo button

I am trying to add a button over my rev slider. I want the button to be similar to the take a tour button on the demo that I attached below. Is the button used on this demo a Kleo button that can found in the visual composer or is it apart of the rev slider plugin? I tried adding a Kleo button but it did not allow me to add it. Anyone know how to get that button?
