Kleo Button over background video in row

I have a Kleo see through button in a row that sits in a row that has a video background playing. The button does not work to go to the intended URL but stops and starts the video playing in the background. The video seems to be above the intended target with the text and the button. Please advise and thank you in advance for your help.

I have the following installed:
K Elements Version 3.0
WPBakery Visual Composer 4.6.1
