KleoVersion: 4.4.3 Grid Bug

After activating Kleo version 4.4.3 grids are no longer visible on front end. Please advise.

It looks like Kleo version 4.4.3 update also broke:
1) Select Text Blocks
2) Line Charts
3) PDF Embedder plugin

Please go to WP Admin > Appearance > Install Plugins and install the update for WP Bakery (5.6) and test again.

Same issue on our multisite, actually other similar post on your forum at https://archived.seventhqueen.com/forums/topic/blog-news-overview-disappeared-after-update-possible-js-issue

On our site, all wordpress default post does not show up. we only activate two plugin:
K elements
WPBakery Page Builder

But the post will show up if change to other theme, I even reinstall theme and reset all default option, the same issue.

Actually, I think the disadvantage of Kleo is the wordpress default post relay on WPBakery Page Builder, there is no way to out put post without WPBakery Page Builder, but most theme support a simple shortcode to output wordpress default, that will reduce much more potential conflict or issues.

Here is some information for your reference, but I am not really sure my report below is related to this issue:

In Kleo theme, there is a side menu option, in case that input ‘http://#’, the buddypress activity page will show empty, and also there are some error at frontend:

and same issue with frontage of wp-job-manager: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-job-manager/

On non BP site, the error will as this screenshot:

If change ‘http://#’ to #, both the frontend of Wp job manager and Buddypress activity page will work fine.

This does not happened before.

I had tried to reproduce the issue on my local install using latest wp available 5+ and also lastest theme updates + latest plugins update, but the js error not happens. not sure whym, if you know exactly how can be reproduced please tell me.

Until then i had attached the previous kleo theme version 4.4.2, until we identify and fix the issue, try this version and let me know if the error continue to happens or not.

Any hint it’s welcomed to can solutionate the issue quicker.

Version 4.4.5 has the same problems as version 4.4.3 as noted in the opening post in this ticket.

TRied to reproduce that and also in backend you have JS error, it’s caused by the sidekick plugin from what it looks.

Also the grid it’s also rendered without any issue on the front end, i think you had solved meanwhile or it was a cache issue.

The issue with ” http://#,” has been fixed in previous updates.

At the moment the only issue that i see it’s the ajax call https://alignmt.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=kleo_bp_ajax_call i’m not sure why this.

It will be needed to enable wp_debug and wp_debug_log and then access this url to generate the error : https://alignmt.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=kleo_bp_ajax_call and provide to me the debug.log file or the content of it.

Make sure to have latest theme and plugins installed and activated.
