ModeratorSorry, it was marked as resolved by mistake.
Please try to update your theme over FTP if from some reason the automatic update fails.
You have information about how to do it inside our theme documentation.Cheers

ParticipantAutomatic update is not even available. It is very inconvenient to do updates through FTP all the time. Last time we did it. it created some issues and one of your team members had to fit it. Why we don’t have automatic update available? We never had this problem with other themes.

ModeratorMake sure you have the right details setup under “Theme Options > Theme Update”, and it should work without problems.
Also, always, before doing a theme/plugin update, you should backup your site and your database.Cheers

ParticipantI do have in set up in Theme Options > Theme Update, but there is still no option for update!
Maybe I am putting a wrong Themeforest API KEY. Is it the same as Item Purchase Code in kleo-next-level-premium-wordpress-theme-license.txt file? Or where do I find it?

ParticipantAndrei! I did everything listed here for auto update. https://archived.seventhqueen.com/documentation/kleo#updates
It is not working! There is no automatic update option available for you theme in Theme panel, so there is update for all other themes. I can’t be updating it through FTP all the time! Last time I did it something went wrong on the website and you gay had to fix it. Please help!

NO. The API key is NOT the licence key. You need to log into Themeforest and set up an API key.
Log into themeforset
Go to My Account > Settings
Click on API Keys
In the label box, type in Kleo and click Generate API Key.
Copy that API key into Theme Options > Theme Update.Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionThis support site is not about custom work. If you need custom development please contact cornel@seventhqueen.com
