mailchimp newsletter error

I have tried every possible option not to get this error message, API key is correct but whenever tried it shows an error message for signup.

Can you please specify which theme files and path, I am not a pro developer.

The theme path is wp-content/themes/sweetdate and the files that you need to reupload are ( see screenshot ) in this path wp-content/themes/sweetdate

If this is useless try to reinstall mailchimp plugin using the same procedure ( overwriting files via FTP )

can you please specify which mailchimp plugin you want me to install, currently no plugin install only added mailchimp api in theme options (where asked), please let me know if a plugin install in required and mention the plugin details.

Still have issue, Plugin works great with its integration features with other options but newsletter sign up still shows the same,

The issue seems to be one of server side

I suggest you to ask the hosting service if the block some ports and give them that error.

This theme SWEETDATE has designed and developed keeping in mind the matchmaking or dating. I have seen many other websites using the same theme and their newsletter is working perfectly fine. Something is wrong with the settings, which the support team is not able to solve, otherwise I see no other issue.

What I try to tell you is that mailchimp has updated their terms. So when you get this fixed you will get refused anyway.
