    I would like to manually upgrade users to their particular package how van I do this. I am using the pay by check option and people can upgrade without me receiving payment. When they click checkout it gives them an invoice and assigns them the package yet they haven’t paid how can I fix this?

    Hello,

    You can go to (Users > All users) and there you can edit every profile and change its membership level. ( Membership level section, current level ) Take a look at my screenshot for more details.

    My problem is that when members check out it automatically assigns then the level without them paying. I would like to stop this automatic state.

    to force users to pay for the remaining difference you should set an expiration date for the membership level and in this way they should do the check out again with the new amount.
