Message not mark with read

When I recive one message in box of message of site, if not read but mark how read, he not marked. continue how not read. only read when I open the message.

How do I can solve?

In the inbox has a box that is for you to select and select the button “read, unread, sign …”
These options are not working.
Any idea what that might be?

Hi,

Please make sure to have latest theme update since on our demo this issue not happens, also try de-activate all plugins except BuddyPress and check again.

If the problem persists try to re-install parent theme.
