Multi select box problem

Hi, can you please fix the multi select boxes so that the user doesn´t have to use CTRL to select more than one option, i´ve gotten to many complaints about them not understanding how these boxes work. Also, if there are more than two words in the boxes, the theme cuts of the words so the box looks nicer in the theme instead of just allowing the box to be as big as it has to be to show all the text.

Also, in the search area (members page), the search field is very… umm.. for the lack of better word, ugly, it shows the name of the boxes or options in the option field it self, like it´s a part of the options. Sorry to say and i mean no offence, it think this theme is very beautiful, but I think the search field features in this theme need a complete overhaul, a more eye catching search options, if you need suggestions, i´m more than happy to assist.
