Must be logged in to see page

I have created a page to have users submit a post. http://72.52.215.183/create-post/

However I want only logged in users to have access to the page. If a non logged in user goes to page I want it to get them to register or log in.

Please help.

I had added a plugin but would prefer to figure out a way to do it without if possible. I have made the plugin inactive.

Do you have any ideas?

It looks like most of the questions here are related to the restriction access to non members. Anyways, there is a simple solution for that: Members Only plug in.
