Nav Menu Roles issue

It’s possible that with the new update of Kleo Theme, the pluguin of Nav Menu Roles stop working propertly? Just I read every where that it’s fixed, but for me with the last versions (theme + Plugin) still appearing me this message:

Nav Menu Roles has detected a possible conflict with the following functions or classes: kleo_custom_menu. Please see the FAQ for more information and possible resolution.

Are you actually having an issue? I believe the nav menu dev just hasnt removed the warning.
