profile picture upload issue

Hey..

I am still having the issue of not being able to upload profile pictures to the profile. I did try deactivating all the plugins, where it worked for sometime and stopped working again.

Not sure what can be done since I tried it by deactivating all the plugins except buddypress.

did you try to manage what plugin causes the problem… you said it worked for a while… it was working when the plugins where deactivated?

Nope..it worked for some reason when i deactivated all the plugins but jus for 1 minute…and now when i deactivate all the plugins it still doesn’t work.

is there only a certain size file which is compatible which will bring up the crop option??? because some photos seems to upload!

i really need urgent help please!i have been trying everything! some files upload..some files dont..its all very strange!

turns out the server I was hosting in didnt have GD Library installed!! its been sorted now!
But one question, is there a way there no limit on the MAX width on the avatar upload file?

Hello,

The default size is 94×94 pixels. Take a look at this link:

you can set the dimensions here.

Also, normally the image should have multiplied values starting from 94×94 px to look right.
