Recaptcha for user registration

would like that then user is registers he/she would also have add captcha. How to add it? Do have to use some plugins and it is not in theme options?

thanks, but in which files do I add:

Paste this snippet before the closing </head> tag on your HTML template:
<script src=’https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api.js’></script&gt;

Paste this snippet at the end of the <form> where you want the reCAPTCHA widget to appear:

Hello, the only thing you need to do with this plugin is to add the google api to the settings, the other codes are for advanced uses
